Looking at the recent (reduced rent) postings from the lackluster staff @ Milan Mgmt it’s obvious they’re still retaining the rocket scientists to write their “for rent” ads.

Word has it that the morons in apt 1 @ the Coldwater building are back to their ass hat ways and jumping from the roof  into the pool - mean while we also know about the turd piles all over the grounds - YUM. Sounds like my ideal living situation

How could that be anyone else? Come on - how many PUSKOVICS could there be the state of Cali with the same DOB and DRE License number who had issues getting that  license because they “left out” that felony conviction?

In your community and take an interest in your surroundings. The good old A-hole network is heard at work on reducing benefits to renters who are forced to move due to “good faith” evictions.  It wasn’t so long ago that the amount to relocate ousted tenants was raised to a reasonable amount (reasonable being a very generous description of the amount) to help tenants secure housing and pay for moving expense.

For those of you protecting your rights the CES crew will be present at a hearing on this very issue - remember the landlords and condo converters in these RSO neighborhoods would benefit greatly to cut out any compensation to renters who have to relocate. Imagine the bucks they’d save by screwing over hard working families and seniors who have to move!

I just wanted to know why the so called “good kids” are being bashed by others in their own industry ?
